Hardware products purchased directly from Nubila may be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of the original ship date, provided ALL of the following conditions are met:

Prior to returning any product, customers must contact Nubila at hi@nubila.ai to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will guide you through the return process with the exact return address, packing requirements, and expected timelines.

This Return Policy is separate from Nubila’s Limited Hardware Warranty. Warranty claims relating to defects after the 30-day return window are handled through the limited warranty process outlined in the product documentation, not through the standard return flow.
